Primary Infertility
It can take some time to recover both physically and emotionally if the fertility treatment you using doesn’t work and you have to try again. There could be any number of reasons for the infertility but only your doctor will be able to give you the answer to that question. It is just as important to know which partner has the problem as it is to know what the couple can do about it when they see an infertility specialist. With about one in every nine couples in America in a childless relationship owing to infertility, it has become a major topic for discussion.
Couples are usually told to try and conceive for a full year before seeing the doctor for a full medical examination to assess their health and see if there are any physical reasons why the are infertile.
Listening to misleading talks and learning how difficult it is for an older woman to have a child, many women have now developed this mental attitude in their minds that it will hard or difficult for them to conceive. It is often this mental block that sabotages any attempts for the couple to cure their infertility problem.
Primary Infertility...
There are a number of women who also suffer from ‘Secondary Infertility’ which happens when a woman has had her first child but fails to become pregnant again even after trying for a year. The most common problem for men who have fertility problems is the actual sperm. The reason for this is, according to clinical evidence, that some men have high levels of oxidative stress and this causes a problem with their sperm quality. Researchers recommend that treatment for infertile men should include strategies to reduce oxidative stress and improve sperm quality.
Although you may undertaking other treatment for infertility, it won’t hurt to start taking essential vitamins and minerals as a natural remedy for infertility because it won’t harm your current treatment and having a healthy body can only improve your chances of fertility. Fertility treatments and other procedures are expensive and cannot guarantee success so the small cost and definite health benefits of supplements and minerals makes it all the more worth while. If your infertility problem is stress related you may want to try acupuncture which helps the release of endorphins and other chemicals that help reduce stress.
You may find that you are refused medical treatment costs for infertility by your insurance company so you should try to win this argument on the basis that infertility treatment is a necessary medical procedure. Still, if you are unlucky with your claim then take heart because infertility treatment is tax-deductible.
